“Alexandra Lin designs personality — in clothing. Think Audrey Hepburn meets Vivian Westwood, combined with a little bit of Lilly Pulitzer, and you’ve got ‘the new face of the South.”

-Heather Merriman, Your Observer

Must See Sarasota

"Alexandra Lin is a wonderful local fashion designer here in Sarasota, located in Rosemary District".

Designer chat with Alexandra Lin.

Getting to know designer Alexandra Lin

"Last week we had the opportunity to sit down with Designer Alexandra Lin showcasing her Spring/Summer ’15 collection on the Fashion Week Tampa Bay runway. Alexandra Lin is proof that it is never too late to follow your passion. After many years of teaching and writing curriculum, she was asked, “Why are you changing careers?” Her answer was simple: LOVE."

Tampa Bay Times

"I don't start from an initial object. Different people inspire me and each of those people get paired with a fabric because it moves like they do or color that feels like they do. "

New York Fashion Week

Alexandra Lin best presentation hands down! A full breakfast buffet and a bar, I felt like I was backstage at some fashion show circa 1998! This is Lin's first time showing in New York for fashion week and only showed a small 10 piece collection. Based in Florida; Alexandra brings those beautiful Floridian colors to life and a southern feel to her clothing, a modern southern belle.

-Richard Spiegel, The Fashion Tribune

"The collection consisted of separates and two-piece outfits in pale pink and lime and a lovely floral print in the same color combo. Crop tops, crop jackets, high-waist trousers and skirts, her collection could definitely be described as feminine, fun, and flirty, all words the designer hopes to create and share with her collections."
